Wrapping nature-based solutions to climate resilience over the whole development, all roofs feature our innovative and low-tech approach to blue-green roofs bringing beautiful roofscapes as well as habitat and foraging for wildlife, whilst the ground plane landscape includes permeable surfaces, rills, spouts and cascading raingardens integrated into public and semi-private gardens and squares.

With planning approved, the project awaits construction with planned completion in 2022.
